Chris Randle Owner/director head coach 12N Black Coach Chris, pictured here with his wife and EMV Director of Operations, Abbi, has been associated with youth sports since 1987 in multiple coaching and development roles. In his playing career, he was a setter and right side attacker in college in California. He was also a 3 time USAV Outdoor National Champion. Chris has coached top teams in multiple ages for Eagle Mountain Volleyball. Last year he double qualified our top 16s team and took them to Nationals where they had a strong showing! The passion and energy of Coach Chris is contagious, his player’s willingness to work hard and learn is evident in the attitude they play with both on and off the court. |
Krista McCormick Owner/director head coach 10N Black Coach Krista, pictured here with her husband and EMV facilities director, Mike, has just completed her 32nd year of coaching and will again lead our 10 National Black team this year. She has coached multiple sports and multiple age levels ranging from the elementary level, middle school, high school, as well as three years at the collegiate level. She has run multiple camps and clinics over the years, along with varsity returner camps for multiple high school programs. She recently retired from teaching and the varsity coaching position at the International Leadership of Texas Keller/Saginaw High School in Fort Worth, TX, where she led her team to the 2015 State Championship title and was a 2016 State Final Four Finisher! She also led her ILTexas Keller High School soccer team to the 2016 State Championship title as well! |
April Schneider Assistant youth director head coach 11N Black Coach April has been coaching club and high school volleyball for over 20 years. In her playing career she was a setter for Grapevine High School. She was first team all state and captain of her varsity team. April played USAV club volleyball since the age of 12 and played at 2 national tournaments. Additionally, as an adult, April has played women's USAV as a setter. Coach April has coached top teams in multiple age groups for Eagle Mountain Volleyball and other north Texas clubs including TAV, Storm, and TNT. Coach April has energy, passion, and drive to teach and learn the game of volleyball. |
Kelsey Weeden Assistant Club Director Boys Director head coach 13N Black Coach Kelsey, pictured here with her daughters and future EMV players, Lilly and June, is entering into her 11th year of coaching volleyball. During those 11 years she has acted as a coach at Victory VBC as well as Dallas Premier VBC where she was a director as well and successfully restarted their boys program. She is thrilled to finally join the EMV family, and loves the training and culture! Kelsey is a native Texan who began playing volleyball during 7th grade and has been hooked ever since. She played 4 years of varsity volleyball for Lake Dallas High School, and many years of club ball through early middle school into college. Kelsey attended the University of North Texas, on an academic scholarship, to earn a Bachelor's degree in psychology, as well as some graduate school in Education. Kelsey's coaching philosophy aims to foster and build the athletes confidence in their ability. Through the use of positive reinforcement, she strives to build the quality of the player's fundamental skills. She wants to help instill a life-long love for the game, and focus on achieving players goals in volleyball, all while building skills through fundamental reinforcement. |
