Junior Beach Volleyball Program
Summer Season: May 9th – July 16th
EMV Beach is dedicated to developing young athletes and promoting an active, healthy, and balanced lifestyle with a focus on family, academics, and sports. The EMV Beach Junior Beach Volleyball Program is designed to promote the game of beach volleyball and help players reach their goals by training hard, smart and strategically. Beach volleyball is a fun sport that will drastically improve your knowledge of the game, ability to read the play, eye work, and court vision. The different components of beach volleyball are also an excellent way to improve your skills for indoor volleyball. With the elevation of the beach game internationally, in college, and in juniors programs, many more opportunities have opened up for beach volleyball players. There are now more than 90 colleges across the nation with beach volleyball programs as the sport continues to grow.
Our beach program is open to girls and boys ages 12-17. During the 10 week summer program we focus on individual skill development, learning the game, and preparing for tournament competition. Advanced players will also learn strategies that will help them win. Players are not required to sign up with a partner, however they may do so if they wish. EMV Beach does not hold tryouts for the Junior Beach Program.

I have played indoor volleyball for 12 years and sand volleyball for 5 years. I attended HSU in Abilene, Texas and graduated May of 2021. I played 2 years of college volleyball and had the opportunity to experience the NCAA Division III ASC conference quarterfinals. I am a licensed athletic trainer. I have worked at EMV for 4 years coaching camps, clinics, and top teams. I am also coaching volleyball at Liberty Christian. I have a passion for volleyball on the court or in the sand. My joy is watching their volleyball skills develop and grow. See you on the court!!

I have been playing indoor and sand volleyball for 8 years. I am currently a college student and just finished my 18s season at EMV. I have coached for EMV for 2 years but have been around coaching and volleyball my whole life since my dad is a top team coach. I qualified for AAU Beach Nationals twice, once at 14 and once at 16. I am very excited to coach sand and share my love for the game!
