- Progressive Drills and Challenges: Players engage in a variety of progressive drills and challenges designed to challenge their abilities and expand their volleyball repertoire. From individual drills to team-based exercises, participants develop both individual skills and team cohesion.

EMV Rookies offers the ideal introduction to the exciting world of volleyball! Designed for young players aged 6-9, our program focuses on mastering the fundamentals of passing, serving, setting, and hitting. Through dedicated skill work sessions led by experienced coaches, players build confidence and set the foundation for their volleyball journey. Join us for skill-focused training sessions - no gameplay, just pure skill development!
