2025-2026 TRYOUTS Evaluation Window starts the day after NTR Bid Regionals (May 3-4, 2025). Verbal or non-binding offers without signature may begin to be made two (2) weeks after the Evaluation Window opens by any club to any player in the region at this time. Official binding written offers and exchange of money is not allowed until the Acceptance Date. The Acceptance Date is the Tuesday after the last of competition for all ages groups at USAV GJNC. Club Directors may make binding offers and may accept any form of payment on or after the Acceptance Date.

What Is My Age Group? 2025-2026 USAV AGE DIVISION RULES 09 & Under Born Between 07/01/16 & 06/30/17 10 & Under Born Between 07/01/15 & 06/30/16 11 & Under Born Between 07/01/14 & 06/30/14 12 & Under Born Between 07/01/13 & 06/30/14 13 & Under Born Between 07/01/12 & 06/30/13 14 & Under Born Between 07/01/11 & 06/30/12 15 & Under Born Between 07/01/10 & 06/30/11 16 & Under Born Between 07/01/09 & 06/30/10 17 & Under Born Between 07/01/08 & 06/30/09 18 & Under Born Between 07/01/07 & 06/30/08 What Types Of Teams Do We Offer? We offer multiple levels of teams for the upcoming Club season. Team Classifications include: National Black teams - top teams that travel to out of state national qualifiers with the goal to qualify for nationals. Volleyball is primary sport. Regional Royal teams - regional teams that play in NTR bid qualifiers and other region tourneys with the opportunity to still qualify for nationals Metro White teams - local teams that play in 1 and/or 2 day tourneys - Tryouts for these teams will be held in August, September and October. Online Commitment System (OCS)
All players offered a spot with EMV will receive an email on the Acceptance Date via the Online Commitment System (OCS) to commit their acceptance. Emails from OCS will come from [email protected], NOT from EMV directly. These emails often go to Junk or Spam - be sure to check there if not received on the morning of the Acceptance Date. Please confirm your athlete is in this system to avoid any delays in receiving this email. Instructions provided below.
