The passion and energy of Coach Chris is contagious, his player’s willingness to work hard and learn is evident in the attitude they play with both on and off the court.
Coach Britten is excited to return for her 4th season coaching club at EMV! Before coaching, Coach Britten was at two-year varsity letterman at Saginaw High School, where she played defensive specialist, in addition to playing club at EMV for four seasons, from 14s to 17s in a variety of positions. This led to the opportunity of being able to coach club during the spring of her senior year of high school, beginning her coaching experience at a very young age. Since the beginning of her coaching journey, Britten has coached girls anywhere from the ages of 12 to 16, double-qualifying for the Girls' Junior National Championship while assisting Coach Chris during the 2018-2019 season. This success and the growth she sees in her players from beginning to end of each season make her excited to return to the EMV family for the 2019-2020 season!
