Coach Chris will be coaching our 17 Black team. He has been associated with youth sports since 1987 in multiple coaching and development roles. In his playing career, he was a setter and right side attacker in college in California. He was also a 3 time USAV Outdoor National Champion. Chris has coached top teams in multiple ages for Eagle Mountain Volleyball. Last year he double qualified our top 16s team and took them to Nationals where they had a strong showing! The passion and energy of Coach Chris is contagious, his player’s willingness to work hard and learn is evident in the attitude they play with both on and off the court.
Coach Adriana, also known as Coach V, is a native from Rio Grande, PR. She is on her 8th year of club coaching. She is also the assistant Varsity coach at Timber Creek HS. She has coached most ages such as 11’s, 14’s, 15’s, 16’s, 17’s and 18’s. She is a former University of Arkansas volleyball player where she played as a Ds/L (2010-2013). She is Gold Medal Squared certified and her specialty is serve and pass and back row defense. Coach Adriana is very energetic and very competitive and its passionate about the sport. Coach Brennon grew up loving the game of volleyball. Throughout the years she was trained as a middle blocker, outside hitter and defensive specialist (now considered Libero). Her experience includes playing 6 years of club volleyball in Amarillo, Texas. She was a State Runner-Up in 1997 and an undefeated State Champion in 1998. After graduation and what could have been a career ending injury, she played two seasons for Cameron University. During her freshman year at Cameron, Brennon earned a spot in the NCAA Division II record book for service aces. Brennon coached for Velocity Volleyball during the 2004-2005 season before staying home with her children. She is excited to return to EMV for her fourth season. Her previous teams have been 11 Black, 12 Blue, 12 Black and 13 Black.
Coach Kali is going into her fourth year at Eagle Mountain Volleyball. She assisted many teams with EMV the past four years, and has enjoyed helping the athletes grow. Outside of her love of volleyball, she loves spending time with her friends and family, anything outdoors, and music.
