Coach Creshia Small - 14 Crazyflight
Asst. Coach Chalice McKnight
Hello!! My name is Coach Creshia. I graduated from Mineral Wells High School with two full scholarships offers to play either volleyball or basketball, which ultimately led me to the decision to continue my basketball journey, as I am a former Division I NJCAA Athlete from Hill Junior College. I began coaching and teaching in 2014 at Peaster ISD as the Special Education Resource/Self-Contained teacher, Cheerleading Coach for three years, and assisted the Girls Basketball team for one year. Following Peaster I made a transition to Chisholm Trail High School for three years teaching and coaching JV basketball and assisting JV volleyball. After leaving Chisholm Trail High School for a new adventure in a new district, I made the decision to focus more on the game of volleyball to improve my coaching skills in order to produce and mold athletes that want to continuously learn and better themselves within the sport volleyball. The game of volleyball owns a large portion of my heart and I am excited to be share that passion with any and all volleyball players I cross paths with.
